our holy habit \u201cshould be as our very own skin\u201d (Const, 154).\u00a0<\/p><p>For us as religious, the reception of the habit is a solemn and significant moment marking the commitment of consecrated life in a very visible way.\u00a0 This, together with the receiving of a new name which happens sometime before, shows to the world that the religious is not his own but belongs to Christ in a complete and radical way.<\/p><p>On December 9, ten of our novices in Washington, DC received the holy habit.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-24cfafe elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" Matar\u00e1<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Our habit with these colors represents the mystery of the Incarnation: the blue represents the Divinity of Christ and the grey represents His Humanity.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a7b1fd7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a7b1fd7\" her skin, so that united to the Incarnate Word, who united Heaven and Earth, she may flower into all kinds of good works and be for all <em>the sweet aroma of Christ<\/em> (2 Cor 2:15).\u201d<\/p><p
