group of more than 300 youth who joined our religious family for the March for Life in Washington DC on January 24<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" class=\"size-medium aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ssvmusa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/march-for-life-2020-group2-3.png?resize=800%2C600&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" data-wp-editing=\"1\" \/><\/p><p><strong><em>Marching for Life<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>These youth came from our various parishes throughout the country, including Chicago, New York City, Philadelphia, Mankato, MN, Avondale, PA, Wauchula, FL and New Bedford, MA, as well as many local youth and young adults.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" class=\"size-medium aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ssvmusa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/march-for-life-2020-crowd-3.png?resize=800%2C450&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p><p>Though our group was large and energetic, it was just a drop in the sea of hundreds of thousands of pro-lifers who marched through the streets of our nation\u2019s capital this year.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c1a965a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c1a965a\" commemorate and protest the Roe vs. Wade (1973) decision that made abortion legal in the US, the <a href=\"https:\/\/marchforlife.org\/\">March for Life<\/a> is the world\u2019s largest pro-life event. Every January, thousands flock to DC to march to the steps of the Supreme Court and demand justice and protection for the unborn.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" class=\"size-medium aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ssvmusa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/march-for-life-2020-voice-4.png?resize=800%2C533&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\"><\/p>\n<p>However, the March is more than a political protest. It is also a joyful celebration of life.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" class=\"size-medium aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ssvmusa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/march-for-life-2020-sisters-3.png?resize=800%2C533\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\"><\/p>\n<p>The witness of the joy of life was particularly palpable with in our own group of young people and Religious. The day was packed with formational talks, games, group discussions, sports, a Rosary procession, Adoration, confessions and Holy Mass, concluding with dinner and a show performed by the IVE Seminarians.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-afdcca7 elementor-arrows-position-inside elementor-pagination-position-outside
