Our Patron | St. John Paul II
St. John Paul II was pope from 1978-2005, and he is the Spiritual Father of our Religious Family. His pontificate was key in the collapse of the Soviet Union, which had a great impact on the history of the Church in Ukraine. His visit to Ukraine in 2001 was very significant because of his influence on the fall of Communism.
