Christ the Lord is born for us in Bethlehem!  Merry Christmas to All!

In this Year of Mercy, we have dressed our Infant Jesus as a priest hearing confessions.  For He, the High Priest, has come with love to reconcile us to the Father, a mission He continues to exercise through the ministry of His priests.  Let us rejoice to hear His words this Christmas: But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire compassion, and not sacrifice,’ for I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners (Matthew 9:13).

Let us also draw near to receive mercy and to give mercy, for Blessed are the merciful, for they will receive mercy (Matthew 5:7).

Come to the manger and find mercy and healing!

Merry Christmas!

All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will certainly not cast out. For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.  John 6:37-38
