“Dear brothers and sisters, with great humility, do all that you can to show that the consecrated life is a precious gift to the Church and to the world. Do not keep it to yourselves; share it, bringing Christ to every corner of [your] beloved country. Let your joy continue to find expression in your efforts to attract and nurture vocations, and recognize that all of you have some part in forming the consecrated men and women of tomorrow.”
Pope Francis, August 16, 2014

With great joy we announce our upcoming “Come and See” Discernment Retreat of 2015 as we launch the invitational video. We ask our readers to pray for the fruit of this event and to consider sharing this invitation with a young woman who may be called to unite her whole life with Christ Crucified and to give herself to the missionary adventure of the the Third Millennium.
We will be hosting a “Come and See” Discernment Retreat for young women ages 18-35 in Washington, DC (1326 Quincy Street NE, Washington, DC 20017) from Friday, March 27 at 5:00pm to Sunday, March 29 at 3:00pm. The event will include daily Mass, times of prayer and talk about our charism, spirituality and missions. Participants will also share meals, recreation and a visit to the apostolate with the sisters of our Juniorate House of Studies.

“A Christian needs these two women, these two women who are mothers, two women who are virgins: the Church and the Madonna. And to make a ‘test’ of a good Christian vocation, you need to ask yourself: ‘How is my relationship with these two mothers going?’ with mother Church and with mother Mary.”
