The Cornelio Fabro Cultural Project

The Cornelio Fabro Cultural Project was founded on April 11, 2002, by the General Superior of the Institute of the Incarnate Word, Fr. Carlos Miguel Buela. The Project’s immediate goal is to preserve and spread the thought and the works of Cornelio Fabro. Cornelio Fabro (1911 – 1995) is among the most important philosophers of the 20th century because of his studies of the metaphysics of St. Thomas Aquinas. S.O.S. : The Religious Family of the Incarnate Word in the Middle East

In light of current events in the Middle East and a call from the Holy Father to unite ourselves to our Christian brethren who suffer for their faith, we want to share a website from our Religious Family in Syria. The members of our Religious Family serving in Syria update this blog in hopes of extending their work to the Universal Church while also requesting our help.

This initiative of the ONLUS Mission Office of the Institute of the Incarnate Word (IVE) Word exists in order to create awareness regarding the plight of Christians in Syria and to raise funds for the alleviation of their needs. Our missionaries serve in the city of Aleppo. They are assisting spiritually and materially the victims of armed conflict. Your support is very valuable: thousands of people who are suffering the consequences of the war will be grateful for your help.
